Andrew Turczyn from Compass stood out as one of the best in the Washington DC market. Andrew’s rankings are excellent, his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into the listings.
My husband, I met with Andrew at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We now live outside of Washington DC, we needed someone that would be able to handle all the logistics involved with selling our home. This included identifying repairs, bringing a professional give us staging tips, assisting with staging, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
